Customer Satisfaction Survey

The Mental Health & Recovery Board of Portage County plans, funds and monitors treatment services and counseling  for mental illness and addictions(substance abuse). It funds 24-hour crisis intervention services including phone calls, walk-in counseling and crisis outreach. The MRHB also provides funds for prevention education to reduce addictions, suicide and violence. The Board's area of services in Portage County, Ohio, include: Aurora, Kent, Ravenna, Streetsboro, Brady Lake, Garrettsville, Hiram, Mantua, Mogadore (section of city in Portage County), Tallmadge (section of city in Portage County), Sugarbush Knolls, Windham, Atwater Township, Brimfield Township, Charlestown Township, Edinburg Township, Deerfield Township, Franklin Township, Freedom Township, Hiram Township, Mantua Township,  Nelson Township, Palmyra Township, Paris Township, Randolph Township, Ravenna Township, Rootstown Township, Shalersville Township, Suffield Township, and Windham Township.
