When You are Ready to Take Back Your Life

Recovery work starts with a phone call or visit to the following local agencies. You or your family member will meet with staff who will guide you through the in-take process. You will participate in an assessment to determine the best treatment for you. There will also be meetings to complete financial forms. Here are some questions to ask:

  • If applicable, can I use my work benefits?

  • What public funding is available to help me or my family member?

  • Am I a candidate for a residential facility in Portage County or nearby?

  • Can I talk with someone about detox services for myself or for a family member?

  • Where do I find support services in the community?

  • Am I a candidate for Medication Assisted Treatment?
